Bridge Multimedia is Invited to Join the FCC’s Disability Advisory Committee

Bridge is pleased to announce that our Senior Research Director, Dr. Wendy Sapp, has been appointed by the Federal Communications Commission to serve as a Representative Member from Bridge Multimedia Corporation on the FCC’s Disability Advisory Committee (DAC). The DAC was established in 2014 to keep the FCC apprised of current and evolving communications issues for persons with disabilities.  Dr. Sapp said, “This is a tremendous opportunity to share Bridge’s unique understanding of how to creatively address cross-disability multimedia accessibility needs with the DAC. Bridge has been providing accessibility solutions to educational, governmental, and commercial sectors for 20 years and we’re honored to be able to bring this experience to the Federal Communications Commission.”
