Carolyn Graham a world-renowned artist, musician and teacher. She is the creator of numerous English language teaching books, most notably Jazz Chants and Let’s Sing, Let’s Chant, published by Oxford University Press. She wrote the songs for Susan Rivers’ Tiny Talk series of ELT books, also published by OUP. Graham developed the technique of jazz chanting through her experience teaching ESL at New York University. She has also taught at Harvard and at Teacher’s College of Columbia University, and performed extensively in every continent.

Matt Kaplowitz is a multifaceted producer of accessible media, bilingual educational programming, and television/theatrical productions. For Scholastic’s comprehensive BIG DAY curriculum, he produced 120 children’s songs in English & Spanish. He was the music producer of the 2011 Emmy Award-winning Stephen Sondheim @ 80 at Lincoln Center with the New York Philharmonic. He is presently producing accessible media for projects funded by the U.S. Department of Education and the National Science Foundation.

Wendy Sapp,Ph.D., publishes extensively about educating students with visual impairments, including co-authoring the chapter “Preschool Orientation and Mobility” in Foundations of Orientation and Mobility (2nd ed.). Dr. Sapp is a certified orientation and mobility specialist (COMS), and teaches at Vanderbilt University and Florida State University. She also conducts research on visual impairments and consults with the Early Intervention Visual Impairment Project at Frank Porter Graham Center of the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill.
